GreenMinutes for Greenacres

TBAC’s new eco-friendly office development has signed up to GreenMinutes, STL’s environmentally sustainable telephony initiative, bringing green telecommunications to a green building. 

Greenacres is the first large building in Oxfordshire built entirely with Hemcrete, a mix of hemp waste and lime mortar that produces carbon negative highly thermally efficient walls. Mike Jennings of TBAC commented, “We wanted to have an environmentally friendly building with a real difference and constructing it with Hemcrete meant that we met this objective.”
Greenacres is situated on Monument Park, Chalgrove and is a horseshoe shaped courtyard consisting of 8 workshops and 4 offices that are ideal for small or start-up businesses. Mike continues, ”It made sense for us to offer green telecomms to all our tenants. STL’s GreenMinutes goes beyond traditional carbon offset with a range of eco features that really benefit growing businesses.”
