Recycle your old, unwanted or broken mobile phone and help the planet
GreenMinutes is a founder member of OLLY-Wood, a living legacy woodland in Oxfordshire. For every mobile handset sent for recycling, whatever the make or type of phone, it is recycled or reused greenly. In addition, GreenMinutes will plant a tree in the OLLY-Wood in the Oxfordshire countryside for every mobile phone they receive for recycling, regardless of its condition. Just one tree will offset almost one ton of carbon during its lifetime.
You will receive a certificate detailing the type and location of the trees that have been planted for you to show your customers and your staff that your organisaion is doing its bit for the environment.

After the handset has been checked and the parts reused where possible, the remainder is dismantled and any parts that cannot be reused or recycled will be disposed of in a way that protects the environment from any potential harm in the future. OLLY-Wood is a Fone Twigs incentive and Fone Twigs processes all the handsets in accordance with The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive.
Simply pop your old mobiles in a sturdy envelope, with your name and address if you want to receive a certificate, and post it for free to:
