Call centre goes green
Core Contact, a telemarketing company based in the Wirral, has become one of the first call centres to make its telephony environmentally friendly. By using GreenMinutes, the carbon cost of Core Contact’s calls is offset and they also benefit from a range of eco features to help them work greener.
Originally formed to service the needs of Newhall Publications, publisher of one of the country’s top selling consumer magazines Candis, Core Contact has since grown to become a national sector-led telemarketing specialist, offering comprehensive inbound, outbound, fulfilment and data handling services.
